FACA is the specialised facade division within OMG.CO, delivering high-performance facade systems for complex developments. We specialise in the technical performance of a building’s skin, providing fabrication and installation expertise to ensure precision and reliability.
We understand the rigorous demands of complex projects, where precision in fabrication and seamless on-site installation are paramount. As a dedicated division, FACA delivers sophisticated curtain wall systems that meet engineering certifications and integrate smoothly with the vision of the project's lead designers and architects.

FACA bridges the gap between complex architectural concepts and structural reality. Our goal is to ensure projects receive a high-performance curtain wall system that is not only aesthetically striking but also engineered for maximum durability and thermal efficiency.
Our capabilities include:

By adhering to technical benchmarks, FACA ensures the integrity and performance of your building’s facade is never compromised. Every curtain wall installation we perform is completed exactly to engineering specifications.
We take pride in delivering durable, dependable solutions for some of Australia’s most complex builds. If you’re planning an upcoming project, contact our team today to begin discussing your specifications.

A curtain wall is a non-structural building envelope designed to protect the interior from environmental elements. Typically comprising a lightweight aluminium frame with glass or metal infills, a curtain wall system is attached to the exterior building structure rather than supporting the weight of the floor or roof.
The main difference is structural placement. A curtain wall facade hangs on the outside of floor slabs, providing a continuous skin and superior moisture management. A window wall sits between slabs. Curtain walls are generally preferred for high-rise projects because they accommodate building movement, thermal expansion and sway while maintaining facade integrity.
The two primary curtain walls are stick-built and unitised. Stick-built systems are assembled piece by piece on-site, whereas unitised systems are pre-assembled in a factory. FACA specialises in the fabrication and installation of both systems, ensuring precise assembly, compliance with engineering specifications and seamless integration on large-scale projects.
No. Curtain walls are non-structural and support their own weight while resisting environmental forces such as winds, transferring these loads back to the building's primary structure. This design allows for expansive glazing without compromising the integrity of the build.
